Equipment Uniform Turn-in / Banquet Tickets

All equipment / uniforms must be turned in before you receive any banquet tickets.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT AND IT IS CLEAN.

When the equipment and uniforms are turned in the participant will receive one free banquet ticket.  All other tickets will be  $13.00 for the flag/mitey mite banquet and $15.00 for the Jr Pee Wee / Pee Wee banquet.

1)  Flag and Mitey Mite hand in day is Wednesday October 26th and Thursday October 27th from 5:30 -7:00PM.

The Flag and Mitey Mite banquet ($13.00) is Sunday November 20th 2016 from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Casa Grande Restaurant. 135 State Fair Blvd.

2)  Jr Pee Wee Pee Wee equipment / Uniform  hand-in will be determined after all of the teams have finished their seasons.

The Jr Pee Wee / Pee Wee banquet ($15.00) is Sunday November 27th 2016 from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the Casa Grande Restaurant. 135 State Fair Blvd.
