SPRING FLAG FOOTBALL 2017

Play flag football!

Age Groups:  5, 6 & 7 years old

                           8, 9 & 10 and

                           11, 12, & 13

Practices start in May 31st at 5:30 PM.  (Practices are 1 or 2 days a week).

Games are Sundays for starting in June 11th thru July16th.

    ** (There are no games on 4th of July weekend)**

Registration at Shove Park Ice Rink:

    First Registration Saturday April 8th – 10 AM – 1:00 PM

Second Registration Saturday April 29th 10:00 AM-1:00 PM

What is Needed for Registration?

1-   Copy of Birth Certificate

2-  2″ x 2″ head shot photo (passport size)

3-  Copy of June 2016 report card with all 4 quarters.

4-  Copy of a recent physical dated after January 2017

Price:    $75.00 Registration Fee. Cash, Check or Credit Card
