Payment method:
Credit card, check made payable to WGAC or cash. Any return checks will be assessed a fee of $35.00 no exceptions.
Payment Needs to be Made in Full Upon Registration
There will be no refunds after the first week of practice. A refund request form must be filled out prior to the conclusion of the first full week of practice. Forms are available at the Pottery Rd Fields.

No one will be allowed to participate or practice without all required paperwork:
Required forms to fill out/bring to registration
The following items must be brought to registration:
- Need to bring a current 2” by 2” photo. Photos are only good for 1 year.
- Copy of Participants Birth Certificate
- Copy of Participants 2026 Report Card. If your child is below a 70 average you will need to have a Scholastic Report filled out by the principal of the school. For more information see Matt Andrianos at registration.
Returning and first time players: All required Paperwork will be available at registration or can be downloaded online. Make sure all forms have 2026’s date on it. Required forms are found on the links below or at www.popwarner.com (national Pop Warner site). Click on forms, then Pop Warner forms, then print and fill out for registration the following, (these forms will also be available at registration).
- Medical/Physical form 2026 Medical/Physical Form
- Player Participant contract (parent and child must sign this form) 2026 Player/Participant Contract
- 2025 ID card (only available at registration)
Open to any child in Camillus, Marcellus, Jordan Elbridge, Southern Tier, Parts of Skaneateles, and Parts of Onondaga Hill
Practice will begin Early/Mid May * Official Start Date TBD * (3 weeks of practice before games) Practice 2 days a week (usually a combination of days between Tuesdays – Thursdays) Games on Sundays & During the Week Games will begin First Week/Weekend of June Levels are TBD (Teams will be structured differently this season) Age of participant is as of July 2025!!! Applies to both Co-Ed and All Girls Programs Programs begin at 5 years old (Participant must be 5 years of age by July 2025) Registration Fee is $125 Program is run with Baseball and Lacrosse in mind. We do our best to work around their schedule!! We understand players may have to miss football practices due to games/practices for other spring sports.
