Welcome to Pop Warner Football 2021
The following will give you a general idea of what to expect for the upcoming season.
More Information will be available as we get it or at Registration.
Equipment Hand-out: Dates to be determined after registration.
***If you have any outstanding paperwork you should bring it then!***
Practices in August 2021
8U / 10U / 12U / 14U: Practices are Mon-Thu beginning , Monday August 2nd, 2021 promptly at 5:30 PM at the Pottery Rd fields.
No equipment – only helmet and mouthpiece the first week of practice.
Flag: Practices are Tuesday-Wednesday -Thursday- Starting Monday August 10th promptly at 5:30 to about 7:00 at the Pottery Rd Fields.
Practices start promptly at 5:30 and ends at approximately 7:30 -7:45 and are held at the Pottery Road Fields.
Please bring plenty of water to practice.
Practice once school starts
Starting the first week of school, practices will be as follows:
8U / 10 U / 12U / 14U – Tuesday /Wednesday / Thursday 5:30-7:30
Flag: Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 -7:00
!!!DO NOT EVER DROP OFF OR PICK-UP YOUR CHILD ANYWHERE NEAR THE PARK ENTRANCE!!!!!
We normally practice when it rains. Canceling practice will be decided at 5:30.
If there is thunder and lightning we must leave the fields and seek shelter.
As we do not have sufficient shelter, everyone must go to their cars.
So please do not leave if you think there may be a thunder storm.
The schedules should be out near the end of August

Pep Rally 2021
Our Pep Rally will be held Friday September TBA.
There will be Games, Music, Dancing, Food, and the announcing of all teams cheer and football.
The concession stand will be open the entire night!! Please stop by and eat with us–this is our biggest fundraiser!! We will have all of our usual great food and some delicious specials throughout the night!!
The Raffle Prize winners will be announced on the field during the Pep Rally.
As always, we will have a banquet at the end of the season.
Each football player and cheerleader will receive one (1) ticket. All others will be $_____.
Tickets will only be available at equipment/uniform handins. No tickets will be available the day of the banquet.
If you do not return any equipment or uniform you will be charged up to $300.00
Concession stand: all parents are expected to work in the concession stand at least once during practice and games
Our concession stand is one of the best around. We have something for everyone, from hot dogs and hamburgers, chicken tenders, steak n cheese(WRAPS & SUBS), to ice cream, slushies, soda, gator aid, and assorted candy. Some nights we will have hot pizza. Check it out, eat dinner, support our concession stand. Help us out, and donate some time in the concession stand.
It’s easy, it’s fun and it’s a great help.
Volunteers are always needed. Please Help Us!!
During practices and games, your help is very important.
Games will not start and can be cancelled if we don’t have play counters and chain crews. Also, we can’t use the scoreboard or announcers without an adult scoreboard operator and someone to announce. Also, help in the concession stand is critical.
The entire program, including the property, is run by volunteers.
West Genesee Athletic Club owns and operates the sports complex.
With all of the participants, and the amount of paperwork required by Pop Warner, all volunteers are very important.
Please ask how you can help to make the Pop Warner experience a great one for all of the kids.
